Pediatric department is one of the most important unit of any health care facility. The Department of Pediatrics at Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi, imparts the best possible undergraduate and postgraduate training and conduct community oriented research of public health importance. The department runs a neonatal unit with the  facility of admitting neonates along with ventilator support for the neonates. Round the clock emergency care is provided to the newborns and they are looked after by fully trained pediatric medical officers and nursing staff.
