Nursing Governance

Nursing governance is an integral part of the organizational structure at MTI BKMC and Allied Hospitals Swabi. Nursing leadership and clinical nurses actively contribute to institutional decision-making, clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.

The Nursing Director participates in key institutional forums and provides strategic input on nursing services, workforce planning, clinical quality, patient care, and professional development.
