As a hospital facility manager, me and my team ensure the continuity of the infrastructure services in the hospital/medical college and enable an environment for quality health care.

In the position of the hospital Facility manager, I will be part of the hospital management team and work closely with the medical team to understand their needs and priorities I will report to the Hospital Director and supervise the technical team, the biomedical specialist, water –and sanitation specialist, energy specialist and maintenance specialist, and other positions as required.

A hospital facility manager plays a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for the patients, staff, students, and visitors of the hospital and medical college. A hospital facility manager also contributes to the vision and mission of the hospital and medical college by ensuring that the facilities and services are aligned with the goals and objectives of the institution.
