Swabi: The Medical Director of BKMC-MTI, Swabi, chaired a meeting with all Medical Officers to discuss measures for enhancing clinical care and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospital. Key issues such as the duty roster, communication gaps, and operational challenges were thoroughly reviewed.

The Medical Director stressed the importance of collaboration among staff during duty hours and emphasized that for the institution to function efficiently, everyone must adhere to their assigned duty schedules.

The matter of consultant rounds was also discussed, with a notification issued outlining that consultants will conduct rounds in the evening for their respective units and will attend any critical patients in ER

Additionally, on-call consultants will remain present within the hospital premises.
