Swabi: The management of Bacha Khan Medical Complex (BKMC-MTI), Swabi, proudly announces that our Manager Information Systems (MIS), Mr. Syed Wajid Ali Shah, has represented the institution at the World Conference on Safety (WOS) 2024, held in the architecturally rich city of Dresden, Germany.

Syed Wajid Ali Shah submitted a paper in the category “Digitalization and connectivity” focused on sustainable safety in a rapidly changing world. The title of the paper was “Pakistan’s First Digitized Workplace Accident Monitoring System (AMS).” The jury accepted the paper, and it was selected for presentation.

The conference took place in Dresden, Germany, from September 22 to 25, 2024.

WOS is an international network of decision-makers, researchers, and practitioners involved in the prevention of accidents and injuries at work. The network aims to bring prevention experts together from all over the world in order to facilitate a high-level exchange of experience, new findings and best practices between different countries and sectors
