Swabi: The Department of Medical Education at Bacha Khan Medical Complex-MTI organized a dedicated Basic Life Support (BLS) training for 3rd-year MBBS students as part of their clinical rotations. The three-day training aimed to equip students with critical life-saving skills, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice.
The esteemed Anesthesia team, led by Dr. Kashmala Javaid, played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the program. Their dedication and expertise provided students with invaluable practical experience in emergency response techniques.
The training sessions concluded with a comprehensive assessment of student’s performance, which will be maintained as part of their internal evaluation by the Medical Education Department.
Dean Prof. Dr. Shams-Ur-Rehman and Dr. Sana Khan, Director Medical Education, graced the occasion by visiting the training sessions. They commended the students for their enthusiasm and appreciated the efforts of the faculty and trainers in delivering high-quality medical education.
