Feedback boxes installed at BKMC-MTI, To address Grievances and improve health care services
Swabi: The administration of Bacha Khan Medical Complex (BKMC-MTI) took another good step towards healthcare services; feedback boxes have been installed in different areas of the hospital to gain the trust and confidence of patients who visited the hospital.
Initially, 15 boxes have been installed in different wards including, Gynae, Paeds, new and old emergency, laboratory, operation theaters, OPD, ICU, waiting areas, and other such areas where the public can easily drop suggestions/complaints in the feedback box. The dedicated employee collected suggestions/complaints weekly to check and address all these issues, said Assistant Manager Quality Assurance,
“Patients’ feedback provides valuable information about what patients and attendees think about the healthcare services offered; examining patients’ feedback will give a direct insight into what is working well and what needs further improvement in the way care is delivered,” said AMQA.
