Colorful sports gala inaugurated at GKMC-MTI

Swabi: Colorful sports week started at GKMC-MTI Swabi, the Sports gala was inaugurated by Dean/CEO GKMC-MTI Prof.Dr. Sham-Ur-Rahman. Addressing the inaugural function, Dean GKMC-MTI said that Sports activities in the college were suspended for the last two years due to the covid-19 epidemic but once again sports activities have been started in full swing. He said that if we pay attention to physical exercise and sports, we will be mentally alert. Dean said that the college administration will fully cooperate with the college students in teaching activities as well as sports activities. The Dean appreciated the efforts of the college sports society and praised them for organizing the best evet, players, faculty members, and students from all teams participated in the opening ceremony and graced the event. The teams entertained the audience by making a unique entry to the opening ceremony. According to the spokesperson of GKMC-MTI, the sports gala will be from March 28 to March 31st, 2022 with more than 200 students competing in football, cricket, volleyball, and other sports. The Sports Gala will be formally started today at Swabi Sports Complex where the final matches will be played on March 31, 2022.
