For the third time, a grand meeting was held in the auditorium hall of BKMC-MTI, Swabi, bringing together parents of children receiving treatment for clubfoot. The entire clubfoot team actively participated, addressing parental concerns and further strengthening the bond of trust and collaboration between the hospital management and patients’ families.
Hospital Director Dr. Khalid Masud and Medical Director Dr. Shahid Nisar Khalid personally met with the parents of children being treated at the Clubfoot Clinic. Emphasizing the institution’s commitment, both the HD and MD stated:
“It is our duty to provide the best possible care and treatment to children with clubfoot. This clinic is a blessing for Swabi.”
They also appealed to parents to spread awareness about the Clubfoot Clinic, where comprehensive treatment is provided free of cost.
Parents expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the clubfoot team, appreciating their dedication and expressing satisfaction with the quality of care provided.
The Coordinator of the Clubfoot Clinic, Dr. Mohammad Saqib, addressed the meeting and urged parents to continue the treatment of children with clubfoot up to the age of four. He emphasized the importance of not discontinuing the treatment midway, as consistent care is essential for successful outcomes.
The primary objectives of this third meeting were to ensure quality care, build trust, raise awareness, and actively listen to parental feedback.
After the event, gift hampers were presented to the families of the children as a token of appreciation.
