The 17th Hospital Executive Committee (HEC) Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Hospital Director Dr. Khalid Masud in the committee room of BKMC-MTI, Swabi on May 02, 2025. The meeting was attended by all administrative officers, HoDs, both AHDs of Allied THQs, Nursing Director, Finance Director, and SSP Focal Person.

During the meeting, both AHDs presented detailed progress reports, highlighting completed project initiatives, including developments under the Sehat Car Plus program. They also briefed the Hospital Director on ongoing projects and shared concerns regarding human resource deficiencies at both THQs.

Dr. Khalid Masud appreciated the recent efforts made by administrative officers in supporting the Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) and urged them to maintain this level of dedication. He emphasized the importance of strengthening the Allied THQs and instructed all HoDs to visit the THQs every two weeks to provide continued support.

All agenda points and the status of action items from the previous meeting were thoroughly reviewed, and appropriate directions were issued.

During the meeting, all department managers also briefed the forum on the work completed over the past three months. Concluding the session, the Hospital Director reiterated the importance of punctuality and made it clear that no compromise would be tolerated regarding attendance and discipline.
