Swabi: The health services academy team visited Bacha Khan Medical Complex- MTI Swabi on 11 Dec 2024.

Hospital Director Dr. Khalid Masud, along with Microbiologist Dr. Asim Ali Shah, warmly welcomed a three-member team from the Health Services Academy (HSA) led by District Research Officer Usama, which included a data analyst and other professionals. The team was briefed on the healthcare services provided at BKMC-MTI.

During their visit, the team evaluated the services offered in the Neonatal Care Unit and the Gynae/Obs Department. Neonatologist Dr. Inayat Ullah and HoD Gynae provided detailed briefings about their respective departments and highlighted ongoing efforts to improve patient care.

Both HSA and BKMC-MTI agreed to embark on a joint venture aimed at enhancing neonatal and Gynae/Obs services. The collaboration will focus on strengthening these specialties and ensuring better healthcare outcomes for patients.
