The Increase Gains in Nutrition by Integration, Education, Evaluation & Empowerment (IGNITE) team visited Bacha Khan Medical Complex-MTI, Swabi, to introduce free and accredited online nutrition courses for doctors, nurses and medical students, of GKMC/BKMC.

The initiative aims to enhance the capacity of healthcare professionals in nutrition assessment, counseling, and care. The courses are tailored specifically for doctors, dietitians, nurses, midwives, and students within the institution.

Hospital Director Dr. Khalid Masud appreciated the initiative and agreed to move forward with finalizing this valuable training opportunity. Upon formalization and exchange of a Memorandum of Understanding, the course schedule will be shared on official platforms and further information will be disseminated accordingly.
