Swabi: Newly appointed Hospital Director, Dr. Khalid Masood, and Nursing Director, Mr. Mehran Khan, have assumed their respective positions at Bacha Khan Medical Complex MTI Swabi. Dr. Khalid Masood previously served as Hospital Director at the same facility in 2021, while Mehran Khan held the position of Nursing Director there for over two years.

Dr. Khalid Masood has also served as the Hospital Director of the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad and the largest healthcare facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lady Reading Hospital (LRH).

The Chairman Board of Governors, along with other board members, congratulated the newly appointed directors and urged them to take further steps to improve healthcare services at BKMC.

The management, faculty members of GKMC, and other administrative officers of the hospital welcomed and congratulated the newly appointed directors.

Both directors emphasized that providing the best possible healthcare to patients is their top priority. During the occasion, Dr. Khalid Masood paid tribute to the former acting Hospital Director, Dr. Amjad Mahboob, for his excellent contributions.

Dr. Khalid Masood expressed his commitment to continuing the hospital’s improvement efforts, despite financial constraints, and stated that he and his team will face all challenges together.

On the other hand, Nursing Director Mehran Khan highlighted the importance of Nursing department in any hospital. He pledged to enhance nursing care at the hospital, focusing on the well-being of both patients and the nursing staff.
