Swabi: To create a better working environment, ensure strong liaison among team members, and assign fixed responsibilities to every staff member, a meeting was held in the office of the Director Emergency BKMC-MTI, Swabi, on Dec 6, 2025, chaired by Dr. Razik Shah.

The meeting was attended by all staff working in the Emergency Department (ED), including, Bed management officer, pharmacy, paramedics, lab technicians, Minor OT technicians, ECG operators, nursing staff, X-ray technicians, and others.

During the meeting, staff concerns and reservations were thoroughly discussed, and positive suggestions were welcomed to improve the department’s operations.

Duties and responsibilities were clearly defined for each team member to ensure the smooth functioning of the Emergency Department. Misconceptions and misunderstandings among staff were addressed and resolved, paving the way for better collaboration.

Dr. Razik Shah Director Emergency, emphasized the importance of a friendly and supportive environment, along with strong teamwork, to provide the best possible healthcare services in the Emergency Department.
