Swabi: 3^rd Clinical Executive Board meeting held under the

chairmanship of Medical Director Dr. Shahid Nisar Khalid.

The board reviewed the performance and progress of all HODs.

The MD briefed the participants about the agenda point and invited the members to share their inputs/suggestions to improve patient care in their respective units.

Hospital Director Dr. Amjad Mehboob and In-charge of all units including Dr. Raza Mohammad, Dr. Ibrahim Shuja, Dr. Sajjad-Ur-Rehman, Dr. Ibrahim Shah, Dr. Parven Dr. Adnan, pharmacy manager, manager nurse, and other respectable members of the ECB attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed various issues about clinical matters and took multiple decisions. MD directs all Units In-Charge to make proper EID Plan to facilitate patients during holidays. The MD appreciated the cooperation of HODs and consultants for playing their role in providing standard health care services. Chairman CEB also directed the consultants to make sure that rounds to ER were carried out daily and to check the patients.

The MD also directed the Gynae consultant to do OPD daily to facilitate patients.

The MD directed the in-charges to ensure the attendance of their subordinate staff at their duty stations.

The meeting discussed other matters involving the respective units and took various decisions.
