Another milestone achieved

Swabi: A 20 years patient named Sajid presented to BKMC-MTI with multiple facial and cranial fractures making him completely unfit for oral or nasal intubation. After a multidisciplinary team discussion between maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Amara and the anesthesia team SUBMENTAL INTUBATION was done by Dr. Amina HOD anesthesia and her seasoned team comprising of Dr. Kashmala and Dr. Balaj with anesthesia technicians Iram and Saud.

Now, the difficult airway is managed is at BKMC-MTI Swabi, and after a smooth operation patient was extubated and shifted to the ward.
