Swabi: Meeting of the Academic Council GKMC-MTI held in the Conference Room, Dean/CEO Prof. Dr. Shams-Ur-Rahman chaired the meeting and discussed academic matters of various departments and pledge to take suitable measures for the uplift of academic activities at GKMC-MTI.

The meeting was attended by the Hospital Director, Medical Director, Associate Deans, Associate Medical Director, Professors, and other members of the Academic council GKMC/BKMC-MTI

The forum formally approved the “Vision and Mission” statement “for Gajju Khan Medical College-MTI”

The forum discussed the upcoming CPSP visit to the institutes. The chair informed the forum that the visit is scheduled on 22 Dec 2022 and instructed preparation may be finalized accordingly.

It was decided in the ACM that new 2nd Year MBBS classes will be started from 9th Jan 2023.

In the forum, it was decided that winter vacations will be given as per government rule/regulation, and winter vacations will be given after government notification.

The Forum also discussed various issues of Gajju Khan Medical College and Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi and decisions were taken accordingly.

The meeting ended up with a vote of thanks to the chair as well as the participants of the meeting.
